Job Summary

• Lead and orchestrate core BNA business operations, including business performance reviews and annual planning, facilitating strategic discussions with the North America Leadership Team (NALT) to identify and drive annual priorities.
• Build and run the BNA control tower for key priorities, integrating KPI dashboards, variance analysis, risk heatmaps, and dependency maps, while owning the readiness and quality of executive communications for both internal and external audiences.
