Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the health of our delivery lifecycle, ensuring our teams operate within a scalable and efficient operating model, standardizing Agile practices across the organization, and leveraging data-driven insights to fuel efficiency.
  • This role is the bridge between strategy and execution, facilitating critical ceremonies like Program Increment (PI) Planning to provide senior leadership with the visibility needed to make informed investment decisions while empowering our product "pods" with the tools and processes they need to move fast.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

  • BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
