This position enhances and expands the scope of Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) teams by providing direct support and accountability to Extendicare Hamilton, HNHB BSO, and Ontario Health West.
Core responsibilities include planning, facilitating, and implementing individualized therapeutic recreation to address and prevent responsive behaviours, promoting brain health, and collaborating with care partners.
