  • This position enhances and expands the scope of Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) teams by providing direct support and accountability to Extendicare Hamilton, HNHB BSO, and Ontario Health West.
  • Core responsibilities include planning, facilitating, and implementing individualized therapeutic recreation to address and prevent responsive behaviours, promoting brain health, and collaborating with care partners.

  • Experience with electronic documentation
