To lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities, define effective test strategies, and manage resources to meet project timelines and quality standards, including support during night and after-office hours when required. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project requirements and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to ensure high productivity, quality, and motivation. Collaborate closely with project manager, software manager, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing scope. Oversee test execution across all phases including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. Define, monitor, and report key testing metrics, providing regular updates on progress, quality, and risks to senior management. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to software releases and deployments. Manage test environments, tools, and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes through feedback and retrospectives. Coordinate testing activities with external vendors or partners when applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role leading end-to-end testing for large-scale projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience in large scale projects testing and commissioning in the transport/traffic management domain (especially enterprise-wide Traffic Management System related) would be advantageous.
