The successful candidate will be responsible for the repairs and general maintenance of public areas, guest rooms, Back of House areas, plant rooms, plant machinery, Administration and Marina building.
Responsibilities include repair, maintenance, and installation work, with knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical testing, pumping stations, water tanks, boilers, chillers, freezers, split units, AHUs, and fan coil units.
