Job Summary
The role involves assisting the Project Director in conceptualizing and executing project schedules, costs, and quality management.
Candidates will independently own and monitor all ERSS works, temporary shoring, and permanent structure submissions from design to dismantling.
The position requires leading weekly technical meetings to resolve issues between Architectural, Structural, and M&E trades while liaising with clients and consultants.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction
Project Management Plan review and execution
Cost management including claims and VO verification
RFI resolution and drawing discrepancy interpretation
Sub-contractor coordination and site monitoring
Weekly technical and safety committee meetings
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM software
Experience with ERSS works and shoring
Ability to counter propose architectural instructions
Strong liaison skills with government authorities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent
Knowledgeable in Autocad and/or BIM software (advantage)
