  • Oversee and manage a national team responsible for technician development, ensuring timely hosting of Hyundai’s experiential technical training to our dealership network.
  • Ensure proper adult learning facilitation practices are enforced by the National Technician Development team to continuously improve the diagnostic capabilities of Hyundai and Genesis technicians.
  • Manage the annual budget to maintain proper levels of funding for all training centers and their equipment as needed.
