Job Summary
As a Customer Service Operation Staff for Surgery/Electrophysiology/Neuro Vascular, you will be responsible for order-related tasks and promoting new product introductions and logistics efficiency, with support from superiors as needed.
You will be responsible for KPI management (OTIF-D, DSI, CIP) and appropriately managing outsourced order operations, developing and implementing measures to prevent recurrence of DSI issues.
You will participate in IBP, obtain necessary information for your team, and share it in a timely manner, while also promoting operational efficiency with distributors through the utilization of EDI connections, Naviext, and Partner Station.
