installation of BAS and HVAC controls
technical support and leadership
project coordination and scheduling
BAS system troubleshooting and commissioning
controls wiring and low voltage cable termination
communication with clients and subcontractors
Nice-to-have
organizational skills for job site management
ability to work independently with limited supervision
experience with software tools for BAS QA/QC
proactive and resourceful remote work skills
ability to lead installation teams
experience with change order execution
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline OR equivalent experience
Minimum seven years of hands-on BAS installation and troubleshooting experience
Certification for NFPA70E and/or OSHA training as required
Ability to interpret AE construction and BAS shop drawings
Must live in the IAD region (Virginia / Washington D.C. area)
Valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative for domestic air travel
