  • This role partners closely with the Executive Director and Nursing Director to set strategic priorities, implement new initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high quality, equitable care to the diverse communities we serve.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five years of medical practice
  • Significant administrative/clinical leadership experience
  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds Physician
  • Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Medical License
  • Spanish oral language proficiency preferred
