Job Summary

  • As a Platform Architect, you will guide clients on best practices, provide technical leadership within the Engagement platform, and help design, build, and optimize digital messaging programs across email, mobile, and related channels.
  • You will lead solution patterns, platform optimization, and technical execution without owning enterprise-wide architecture, acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
