Job Summary

  • Manage the purchase order process and ancillary tasks associated with the PO lifecycle on behalf of and in partnership with key sector stakeholders in Dutch-speaking markets.
  • Responsible for coordinating PO lifecycle activities including purchase requisition creation, routing and approval; invoicing and payments support, ensuring that PRs/POs are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders on contract creation, HCC needs, due diligence requests, etc. part of activities which need to be completed prior or during the PO lifecycle management.
