The Licensed Nursing Assistant/Mental Health Worker provides direct and indirect patient care to adult or pediatric patients from simple to complex, in a rotating role supporting various responsibilities.
Responsibilities include performing behavioral checks, interventions, patient monitoring (including video monitoring), and assisting with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
The role requires the ability to perform de-escalation techniques and use least restrictive measures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
