Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years financial services experience
Hedge fund or private equity operations knowledge
Direct investor and client communication skills
Strict adherence to policies and procedures
Ability to work night shifts (7pm-4am)
Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
Nice-to-have
Prior experience with direct investor communication
Knowledge of Anti-money laundering regulations
Understanding of FATCA and CRS requirements
Experience creating standard operating procedures
Ability to train team members and new joiners
Key Requirements
University degree in accounting, business, mathematics, finance, or economics
3-5 years relevant experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services
