  • Manage the end-to-end demand lifecycle, working with requestors and stakeholders to refine and shape requests into actionable initiatives.
  • Define and apply appropriate project management methodologies across initiatives, directly managing selected projects to ensure delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Produce executive-level portfolio reporting aligned to business goals and transformation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy within the portfolio management platform.
