Define and apply appropriate project management methodologies across initiatives, directly managing selected projects to ensure delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Produce executive-level portfolio reporting aligned to business goals and transformation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy within the portfolio management platform.
