Responsible for conducting corporate training sessions and workshops to ensure employees or participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Your role will involve delivering both virtual and in-person training, facilitating interactive discussions, and evaluating participants' progress through assessments/missions/and observance.
You will also monitor and report the effectiveness of training of employees.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years experience
2+ years of experience in training development and delivery
