Job Summary

  • This role is critical in supporting Global Sourcing & Manufacturing’s initiatives on Factory Efficiency Management by leveraging IE & LEAN knowledge and tools to optimize the manufacturing process and eliminate production waste.
  • You will take the lead in creating & maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage factory partners’ performance around efficiency by analyzing and identifying inefficiency opportunities.
  • You will spend around 80% (or more) of your working time in factories, initially learning processes and products, building strong connections, and then driving and supporting the factory team to identify efficiency strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in footwear industry
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
