  • The Lean Practitioner supports Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem-solving, standard work and continuous improvement.
  • This role works closely with Lean Leaders to build Lean capability and is the engine of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies, solving problems and contributing to the culture of Lean.
  • Key responsibilities include leading problem-solving engagements, cascading strategic goals, championing continuous improvement, and coaching other leaders within the organization.

  • Excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills
