Job Summary
The Lean Practitioner supports Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem-solving, standard work and continuous improvement.
This role works closely with Lean Leaders to build Lean capability and is the engine of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies, solving problems and contributing to the culture of Lean.
Key responsibilities include leading problem-solving engagements, cascading strategic goals, championing continuous improvement, and coaching other leaders within the organization.

Key Requirements
