Job Summary

  • The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.
  • Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs) are the primary experts for both Supply Chain Program Management and Technical responsibility of a Supplier’s SOW.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Technical/Engineering concentration
  • 9+ years of experience in operations or related area
  • 13+ years of related experience (if no degree)
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes
  • Advanced contract management principles
  • Experience in multiple product cycle phases
  • Program management experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain techniques
  • Procurement regulatory requirements
  • Cost & schedule analysis knowledge
  • Experience with DoD and A&D sectors
  • Experience with electronics, software commodities
  • Experienced in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC)
  • Working knowledge with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to perform data analytics
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50%
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
