This role drives operational excellence by physically executing inbound freight processes, auditing receiving procedures, and implementing Shrink Action Plans, while also performing Manager on Duty functions.
Ops XMs coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service, while championing a safe working environment and providing input on associate performance and talent planning.
