Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
Responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, managing sales initiatives, processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
