Responsible for providing the best quality product and project execution for the least possible cost with minimal disruption to our residents.
Participate in annual capital review walks and create presentations for capital year budgets.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities management, and/or construction
High School education or equivalent required
