Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years corporate IT support experience
Proficiency with Freshservice or similar ITSM tools
Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems
Knowledge of mobile device management technologies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Hands-on networking troubleshooting experience
Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python
Experience with Linux environments
SaaS administration experience for user provisioning
Relevant ITILv4 or CompTIA A+ certifications
Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or helpdesk role
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and during public holidays
