Job Summary
Lead the execution of BMO’s Community Benefits Plan and CRA outreach strategy, strengthening community partnerships, elevating financial inclusion, and deepening BMO’s presence across diverse and underserved communities.
Serve as the CRA subject-matter expert for your region, ensuring strong performance across CRA Lending, Investment, and Service, and cultivate partnerships with community, civic, nonprofit, philanthropic, and advocacy organizations.
