Job Summary

  • The Executive Chef will provide the highest quality culinary experience to our guests, responsible for the overall strategic vision of the culinary program.
  • Accountable for ensuring all aspects of the Hotel kitchens including training, supervision, scheduling, menu execution, ordering, sanitation, and developing menu items while managing food and labor costs.
  • Responsible for the selection, training, and development of personnel within the department, controlling profit and loss elements and managing the business against projections.
