Job Summary

  • Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
  • Ensure that your assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and that personnel follow established handwashing and hand hygiene technique.
