Job Summary
As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and play a direct role in our mission of making healthcare better.
In this role, you will build deep clinical and technical expertise across both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics ™) and manual orthopedic procedures.
You will support surgeons in the operating room by assisting with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate , and efficient outcomes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of professional experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of professional experience
1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
Previous clinical experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
