Base: $43.74 - $61.24 per hour (CA); Bonus/Equity: Stock options for regular employees; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, Education Support Program

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years relevant laboratory experience
Hands-on experience with space flight hardware
Experience with furnaces or thermal processing equipment
US citizenship or permanent resident status required
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
