Job Summary

• BCI is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting for a 20-month fixed-term in our Victoria office to lead a high-performing team through significant transformation including system upgrades and AI integration.
• In this role, you will manage internal and external financial reporting deliverables, collaborate with teams to resolve IFRS accounting issues, and prepare financial information for BCI’s Audit Committee and Board.

Base: CAD $124,000 - $155,000; Bonus/Equity: performance-based incentive plan; Benefits: comprehensive health & dental, defined benefit pension plan, paid time off
