Salary
Base: $29.03 to $36.29 per hour; Bonus: Performance bonus target of 5% with opportunity up to 9%; Benefits: Competitive rewards package including pension plan and flexible benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-2 years automotive mechanical experience
Clean BC Driver License Class 5
Ability to lift 70lbs safely
Comfortable working rotational 24/7 shifts
Reside within Southern Vancouver Island region
Nice-to-have
Passion for helping others and community service
Strong English communication skills
Second language proficiency
Experience with technology like tablets and laptops
Willingness to learn and participate in apprenticeship
