Job Summary

  • As our Asset & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Coordinator you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all asset data within the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system.
  • This role will also ensure that Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules are correctly aligned with asset information, statutory compliance requirements, and manufacturer recommendations.

  • IOSH Working Safely
  • Experience in PPM delivery
  • Experience of service standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge (including Job Logic)
  • Experience supporting Hard FM specialist services
  • Understanding of performance measurement techniques
  • Experience of Hard FM services
  • Good working knowledge of standards and Compliance legislation
  • Solid IT knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
