This role is responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting leaders, and ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively.
The Employee Relations Specialist acts as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and practical solutions to leaders, as well as upskilling on key topics.
Work on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations restructuring, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
6+ years of experience in HR
Significant Employee Relations experience
Extensive knowledge of employment legislation
Strong computer skills including HRIS
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation, influencing, and coaching skills
