Job Summary
The Analyst will support primarily West Coast assets, and is responsible for complex financial modeling and analysis, production of investment memorandums and supporting asset management and transactions teams.
The Analyst will work closely with Asset Managers on leasing, property management, capital projects, and valuations, while gaining exposure to the Transactions and Capital Markets teams through acquisitions, dispositions and re-financings of assets within the region.

Base: $78,000.00 USD - $140,500.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Incentive programs and compensation tied to performance; Benefits: Health, dental, mental health, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings plans
