This position functions to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients while ensuring departmental security requirements are met.
The technician is responsible for preparing unit dose and intravenous medications, making scheduled deliveries to nursing units, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
All technicians must comply with hospital rules and regulations while participating in continual training opportunities to develop ongoing skills.

Key Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician required
