Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Contract Management
  • Minimum 10 years experience in construction or QS consultancy

  • Experience with variety of forms of contracts
  • Expertise in cost control budget and contractual issues

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
