Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5 years in IT/DT
• Direct exposure to field service operations
• Demonstrable expertise with OFS, FX2, Siebel, Service Cloud
• Working knowledge of ServiceMax roadmap
• Proven record delivering end-to-end field workflows
• Strong stakeholder leadership
• Data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on experience developing workflows and dashboards
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
