Job Summary

• The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of therapy personnel, and implementation of new programs.
• Essential duties include supervising all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, ensuring resident rehabilitation needs are met, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech Language Pathology, licensure in the state, CPR certification, and the ability to exert significant physical force to move objects.
