Remote is seeking a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant to manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level implementations of their Global Payroll & HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, particularly in B2B SaaS environments, and have a customer-oriented mindset to ensure a successful onboarding experience

Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level Global Payroll & HCM Implementations, ensuring structured, predictable implementation journeys for our most complex, multi-country customers.
  • Partner with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery, leveraging deep knowledge of Remote’s Global Payroll & HCM product.
  • You will be the key driver of the successful implementation and exceptional client experience, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications proactively.

  • Proven track record managing multi-country, multi-product implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple products
  • Excellent scope management and change control capabilities
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and clear ownership
  • Experience with enterprise customer expectations and governance models
  • Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com experience preferred)
  • Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment
  • Fluent English
  • Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com and Salesforce is a plus
