Job Summary

  • Build Ankura’s new Workforce AI Transformation business across EMEA, shaping and scaling a new practice at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, operating model redesign, and growth.
  • Originate and close senior client engagements with CHROs, COOs, CIOs, CEOs, and transformation leaders, and design and deliver large-scale workforce transformation programs involving AI, process redesign, change, reskilling, and productivity improvement.
  • Develop strategic alliances with hyperscalers, SaaS partners, and workforce ecosystem partners, and hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team.
