Job Summary

• As a Carer Services Navigator, you will work directly with carers to understand their goals, connect them with supports, and help them build stronger support networks.
• Facilitate structured sessions using peer support principles and the CHIME recovery framework (Connectedness, Hope, Identity, Meaning and Empowerment).
• Salary packaging up to $15,899 enables you to spend a portion of your salary before it is taxed to pay for things like rent, mortgage repayments, car leasing.

• Certificate IV or above in a support discipline
• Equivalent Community sector experience
• Current valid Driver’s Licence
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check
• WWCC / QLD Blue Card
• NDIS Workers Screening check / QLD Yellow Card
• Right to Work within Australia
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
