Acts as the bridge between National Program Management and Regional agency operations, ensuring programs are implemented with consistency, quality, and accountability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5–8 years of experience
Experience in Insurance agency, operations, strategy, or program/project management
Experience working in consulting management preferred
Experience working in field execution roles highly preferred
Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
Familiar with program rollout frameworks, KPIs, and performance management
