Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–8 years of experience
  • Experience in Insurance agency, operations, strategy, or program/project management
  • Experience working in consulting management preferred
  • Experience working in field execution roles highly preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Familiar with program rollout frameworks, KPIs, and performance management
  • Able to work under tight execution timelines
