Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
Provide best-in-class guest service, respond to guest questions quickly and effectively, and promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits like the reservation and trade-in programs.
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, ensure store associates have completed all necessary training, and maintain awareness of associate and guest safety.

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred
