Job Summary

  • The Service Drive Lane Manager manages the activities of all service-related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia’s performance targets.
  • This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department/net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, department production.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience
  • Toyota Brand experience highly preferred
