Job Summary

  • This leader and team are responsible for pursuing the highest potential Sales Leads for conversion to a US Foods customer, managing all aspects of driving new local sales to meet or exceed company goals.
  • The Director position will have oversight for all New Business Managers (NBMs) in the Area/Market, supporting and developing them using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • The role requires assisting with the creation of new business strategy and execution, researching potential customer requirements, and building functional rapport between NBMs and supporting functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years foodservice sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • Minimum 3 years opening accounts > $0.5m
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
