The Senior Analyst provides compensation guidance to assigned internal clients and collaborates with People and Culture partners in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that support the company’s business strategy.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $115,300.00 to $140,900.00 per year.
