Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulatory requirements Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
