HUB International is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the onboarding of carriers and third-party vendor relationships within their Specialty Program Group division. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, contributing to the seamless integration of external partners

Job Summary

  • The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful onboarding of Carriers and third-party vendor relationships.
  • The candidate will work directly with SPG division leaders, Legal and Compliance teams to coordinate and manage the contracting activities, ensuring smooth onboarding to Specialty Program Group.
