Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to lead new model Machine Seibi project activities at various U.S, Canada, and Mexico NAMCs, including preparation of daily team plans / job tracking, provide technician coaching and OJT, lead / foster good communications and problem solving, support kaizens, ensure team safety, and standardized work adherence.
  • Offline and/or online robot programming, confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended, prepare and confirm new Body equipment at the vendors, and support Body Machine Seibi activity at NAMCs from installation to start of production.
