• The role involves providing good communication between employees, residents, families, support personnel, government agencies, and the public to ensure the best interest of residents and the facility.
• The Activity Director participates in facility surveys, quality assurance committees, and community planning while assisting with transportation arrangements and encouraging resident participation in activities.
