Job Summary

  • You’ll work with some of the best claims and underwriting minds in the industry addressing challenging claims and sophisticated coverage issues, and helping our businesses develop products to address the rapidly evolving risk environment.
  • You will evaluate coverage on sophisticated insurance products, hire and manage counsel, assess damages with support of outside experts, and formulate and execute strategies for favorable claim resolution.

Salary

For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $96,000-$129,000; For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $104,600-$127,600; Eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years Legal, Insurance, Construction Defect or Environmental experience
